se hace con el c芍rter de aluminio del tamaño 25 hasta 90.
El c芍rter se ha diseñado con el interruptor param谷trico del cad apoyado por programas del an芍lisis de la capacidad termal de la disipaci車n y de la resistencia/de la deformaci車n estructurales bajo efecto de las cantidades de trabajo.
Se hace el wormshaft en caso de que sea de acero templado y haber trabajado a m芍quina de tierra, mientras que la rueda del gusano est芍 en bronce del molde de la c芍scara. Antes de ser montada, la rueda del gusano se somete a un per赤odo de trabajo del rodaje para mejorar el acabamiento y la dureza superficiales.
Del tipo 63 y para arriba, 2 rodamientos de rodillos de la forma c車nica se montan en el wormshaft.
La combinaci車n de esta caracter赤stica y de 2 permisos de los nilos el montaje de la gama entera, del tamaño 25 al tamaño 110, en las posiciones V5 y V6 sin cualquie necesidad de intervenciones adicionales
La unidad del engranaje se equipa de un sistema completo de tapones del llenador, del nivel y del respiradero, permitiendo todas las posiciones de montaje y facilitando la gerencia de la acci車n.
Los tamaños 25 hasta 90 se suministran el aceite sint谷tico duradero y no requieren ninguÌn mantenimiento

The housing has been designed with parametric CAD SW supported by programs of analysis of the thermal dissipation capacity and the structural resistance/deformation under the effect of working loads.
The wormshaft is made in case hardened steel and ground machined, while the worm wheel is in shell cast bronze. Before being assembled, the worm wheel is submitted to a running-in working period to improve the surface finishing and hardness.
From type 63 and up, 2 taper roller bearings are mounted on the wormshaft.
The combination of this characteristic and 2 nilos permits the mounting of the whole range, from the size 25 to the size 110, in the positions V5 and V6 without any need of additional interventions
The gear unit is equipped with a full set of filler, level and breather plugs, permitting all mounting positions and facilitating the management of the stock.
The sizes 25 up to 90 are supplied with long-life synthetic oil and they don＊t require any maintenance
Mating surfaces are machined for a perfect planarity
A paint coat cancels the negative effects of the aluminium porosity and protects the housing from oxidation
