二、轴瓦的结构

图8-9 双金属轴瓦 图8-10 销钉固定轴瓦 为了使滑动轴承获得良好的润滑，轴瓦或轴颈上需开设油孔及油沟，油孔用于供应润滑油，油沟用于输送和分布润滑油。其位置和形状对轴承的承载能力和寿命影响很大。通常，油孔应设置在油膜压力最小的地方；油沟应开在轴承不受力或油膜压力较小的区域，要求既便于供油又不降低轴承的承载能力。图8-11为油孔和油沟对轴承承载能力的影响。图8-12为几种常见的油沟，油孔和油沟均位于轴承的非承载区，油沟的长度均较轴承宽度短。
