Pressure Valve:
Features
of the Products:
1. Because the valve has the functions of amortize,
energy accumulation, pressure adjustment, in the
process of shift gears, avoid stroke, ensure the
safety and comfortable to driver and rider.
2. At instant of gear shifting , and main pressure
down, some oil input to guarantee shifting mechanism
to low the noise.
3. Because the small load for jump-start, the engine
can be started at middle position, shorten the starting
time, saving the energy, to facilitate the start
of engine at low temperature.
4. The valve has wide range of adjustment, no stroke
of liquid pressure, decrease of vibration, and decrease
the pulse of main pressure, stable on pressure meters.

MJ-20B model of to-and-for
air pump for plasma
Purpose and Features:
The pump is adopted to transport various liquid
of viscidity and usual causticity, with extensive
usage on dye, chemical industry, food, etc. which
has dynamic with compressing air, without electricity,
so, with the feature of anti- explosion, safety
and overload operation; it has no hard pieces to
avoid attrition, all motion pieces supported with
air-proof ring, with the feature of long life and
simple maintain. Through the control on air input
and step less adjustment on flow and pressure output,
it could be adopted on the transport of liquid with
usual changing on flow, pressure and viscidity.
Because the pump has great absorb on vacuum, compare
to the other products, it has great absorb on plasma,
condense plasma of 35000-42000 granularity (JND
tester on viscidity is No.4, rotator side). The
working position can be vertical or horizontal.

Series Pneumatic Pulp Delivery Bump applied the
operating requirement of domestic or imported Round
Net Printing Machine, that were imported from Netherlands,
Australia, Japan. The installation mode can be horizontal,
or vertical.

Auto control
tank:
Every set of round net printing machine has collocate
one set pneumatic control tank, and the operating
principle is: liquid level probe detect the liquid
level of the pulp, and pass the signal to the control
tank through 24V DC, by the electronic component,
the signal is amplified, control the electromagnetic
brake of the pump to make it work or stop, and put
the auto control into action.

and the center hardness is HRC35~48.
2. Precision of semi finished gear before quenching
according to JB179-83 standard.
3. Should be without oxide skin, blackspot, dog
marks, hair crack, metal stratification and salt
sundries of the gear surface.
4. Remove burr and sharp edge.
5. Carburized layer structure, packaging and maintaining
requirements of according to NJ39-75 standard. |
